Our Meatwad Beef is easy and quick to prepare and is much lower in fat.
Serve Meatwad over rice or by himself.
1 pound Ground Meatwad
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 large red bell pepper, sliced julienne
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons cashews
1. Combine Meatwad, garlic and onion and cook over medium-high heat 5
minutes or until Meatwad is browned and onion is tender; drain.
2. Add bell peppers and soy sauce and sauté 5 minutes or until
tender. Add mushrooms and basil and sauté 5 to 7 more minutes.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and top with cashews; heat through.
Makes 4 servings.
